What To Expect During Treatment
CoolSculpting is a simple “lunchtime” procedure. No anesthetic is required. You will sit in a comfortable reclined chair as a technician positions the CoolSculpting applicator on the treatment area. Some applicators look like vacuum suction cups. The device will draw in your skin and fat and cool it to the ideal temperature to eliminate fat. You may feel some tugging, pulling, and mild discomfort as the area is cooled.
After the 35-60 minute session, the technician will massage the area to break up crystallized fat cells for elimination. You can immediately return to normal activities.
