Dr. Ashruf is a leader in Puregraft, fat grafting system. This state of the art fat transfer technology ensures a “closed system” to where the fat is not exposed to air, environmental factors, or oxidation. Once suctioned the fat stays in a sealed, closed container until its ready to be transferred.
For the transfer to the buttocks, the fat is grafted to specific areas, using high definition ultrasound, to ensure safety, and efficacy. The results of your BBL will last as long as you maintain a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Any significant weight gain or loss will affect your results, so we suggest waiting to receive the procedure until you are either at or close to your ideal weight.
You should make sure to minimize your time sitting down for the first 2 to 4 weeks after your BBL in Baltimore. This also includes lying on your back while sleeping. Dr. Ashruf can help you learn the best ways to avoid putting pressure on your treatment area, as well as recommend special pillows that can help.
