You’ll first come in for a consultation, where we’ll learn about what you would like to alter about your appearance. From this discussion, we work with you to create a custom surgical plan to accomplish your vision.

Dr. Ashruf will make several precise incisions around the areola and cut away excess skin from the underside of the breast using the most suitable pattern and technique. He will then close the incisions and wrap your chest with supportive gauze.

After your breast lift in Baltimore, you will remain in our surgical center under close supervision to ensure that no immediate complications arise. Once cleared, we help you schedule your follow-up appointment before sending you home.

After your session
Avoid any strenuous activity for at least 6 weeks.
Wear a supportive medical bra as directed by Dr. Ashruf.

No. Your results will last for years, but the natural aging process will eventually affect your results. Things like pregnancy and weight gain can affect your results, so we suggest you only receive a breast lift in Baltimore once you have finished adding to your family and are at or close to your ideal weight.
Dr. Ashruf will use very specific techniques to hide your incisions. We also provide you with the resources necessary to care for your incisions during recovery, so you can minimize the amount of scarring that develops after your surgery.
While Dr. Ashruf will most likely remove some tissue during your breast lift, your breasts will remain the same size as before surgery. A breast lift simply restores the shape of your breasts and brings them back to an upright position.
Not every breast lift candidate will also require an areola reduction. However, for those who do want an areola reduction, a breast lift is the best option to accomplish that goal.
