Before undergoing surgery, you first meet with Dr. Ashruf for a one-on-one consultation. Together, you will discuss your concerns and determine the best surgical plan to accomplish your goals.

We suggest taking at least 2 weeks of time away from work and other social events to allow your body to heal. After this time frame, you can return to most of your daily activities as normal (excluding exercise and other strenuous activity).
