Before receiving your facelift in Baltimore, you first meet with Dr. Ashruf to create your custom surgical plan. After hearing what you would like to change about your features, he talks with you about your options.
Dr. Ashruf will make precise incisions, which are placed carefully to minimize visible scarring. Then, he will reposition facial skin, fat, muscle, and tissue to sculpt and contour your face as desired before closing the incisions.
Once you’re out of surgery, Dr. Ashruf reviews your post-care instructions with you once more before helping you schedule your follow-up appointment. Once we clear you from observation, we send you home to rest and heal.

Preparing for treatment
Do not eat or drink anything at least 12 hours before treatment.
Avoid drinking and smoking at least 4 weeks before your procedure.
Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications or supplements 4 weeks before your surgery.
After your session
Take any prescribed medications as directed by Dr. Ashruf.
Continue avoiding alcohol and tobacco for another 4 weeks.
Avoid strenuous activity and exercise for at least 6 weeks.
