- $129/month membership fee

- 10% off cosmetic surgical fees over $3,500 (excludes anesthesia fees)
How it Works
- Your card will be charged on the 1st of each month; pay annually to receive a 5% discount.
- Enjoy one facial benefit per month.
- A 12-month commitment is required.
- Cancel anytime after 12 months via email. Re-activations require a new 12-month commitment.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
